My client, a leading Financial Services Organisation, is currently undergoing significant, high profile systems, process and people change.

As part of this global programme of change initiatives, the Operations function within the Investment Bank and Wealth Management arm launched a Service Management team to understand how to measure delivery of Operations teams to their clients internally within the business.

Originally started as part of a large-scale Location Strategy programme to understand what teams to offshore, and what to have as a Shared Service, this is now a large scale BAU Change team. This team requires a Change Manager with experience of delivery Service Management Frameworks to help with the roll-out of this piece of work across all legal entities.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with transitions, shared services, and/or operational service management framework implementation to join a high-profile and fast-paced team with visibility across all business areas.

Essential:

- Change Management expertise gained within Financial Services
- SLA and KPI measurement and delivery
- Service Management Framework assessment and implementation
- Target Operating Model Design and Implementation
- Excellent communication skills to liaise at all levels across the organisation
