£105 day rate
This position will report to Global Services Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
- Support professional services departments by using the PSA tool Open Air to create and assist in management of projects
- Work with Sales, Directors, Project managers and Consultants on all project related support
- Collate billing and financial information for invoicing and revenue recognition
- Manage revenue and expense accruals
- Monitor timesheet submission and approval status
- Manage contractor and vendor costs
- Work alongside the quarterly forecast and make sure all forecasted projects are invoiced
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years experience as an administrator, background in Finance Administration is beneficial
- Financial acumen is a must have for this role
- Experience in supporting large scale projects preferred
- Good level of IT literacy is essential, with special emphasis on knowledge of Excel at intermediate level or better
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills are a pre-requisite and the ability to manage own time and meet deadlines
