Operations Manager - Work Based Learning - Southwark, London - Salary £35,000 to £47,500 per annum Dependent on experience

We are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager who will be part of the Operations Management team responsible for the operational performance of a multi-framework apprenticeship delivery team focusing on Childcare, Customer Services, Business Administration, Retail Skills and Contact Centre Skills Advanced Apprenticeship Qualifications in West London. This will involve ensuring that all performance targets and KPIs are met to agreed quality standards.

With a caseload of 300+ in learning at any one time this role manages a team of Assessors, IQAs and a centre administration team based from our centre in Southwark.

In addition to maintaining a rigorous focus on timely learner progression, contractual and SFA compliance and the quality of the learner experience, the role will also be responsible for carrying forward our OFSTED improvement plan and will oversee the centre administration for several hundred accredited employability courses delivered each month by teams of trainers within a different operational delivery unit.

Key Criteria we are looking for:

*Strong leadership skills and experience of successfully managing a team of professional co-members.
*Previous operational management experience of managing teams across a range of locations including both staff and associates
*Ideally operational management experience of SFA or Work Based Learning Contracts
*You will ideally have an understanding of Ofsted inspections and expectations.
*Understanding of policy developments in the skills funding arena and in particular a demonstrated understanding of Apprenticeship policy and ambitions.
*High level of personal organisation and time management skills.
