Operations Manager - West Midlands- Automotive

A leading and well- established pressings company based in theWest Midlandshave the opportunity for a new Quality Manager to join the business. This is already a company with a great reputation for in the industry but a company who wants to take this to the next level - a great opportunity for the right candidate. As Operations Manager you would report directly to the MD and manager all Operations and Production on a site with circa 80 employees. This will present a challenge for the right candidate as although the company has come a long way in the past few years there both instant and long term improvements that can be made in this business. Interested? We are looking for some of the best Operations Managers / Production Managers in the industry. Ideally you will have pressings and/ or automotive industry experience but this is not essential. Most importantly you will need to have proven success in a similar role and great achievements within this. You should also feel excitement in taking on a fresh challenge and have a hands- on approach to your work at this will not be a desk based role. On offer for the role is a starting salary of circa £45,000 which is flexible dependant on the successful candidates skills and experience.
