OPERATIONS MANAGER - SERVICE PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT - ITL

I am collaborating with one of the worlds largest providers of IT solutions, as they look for a Senior Operational Manager to have primary responsibility over the Project Portfolio. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will take over the appropriate ITIL processes.

Some of the key attributes that this customer are looking for include;
ITIL V3 Foundation certificationQualified Service Manager (V2 or V3)Strong technical backgroundExcellent communication and organisational skills.

Some of the daily responsibilities include;

- Working closely with the Head of Sector ICT Infrastructure with regards to project progress and reviewing of processes.
- Manage service level performance through monitoring activities.
- Rigorously applying ITIl principles and other IT best practices.
