Operations Manager-Security

Our clients are a leading Security company based in the Thames Valley who are looking for a Operations Manager to join there team. They are looking for someone who has a number of years experience working in access control and videos.
The objective of role is to maintain and improve the high standard of service delivery currently given. To ensure all key targets are achieved. To maximise financial opportunities. To ensure engineering staff is operating efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the Division's performance related activities e.g.:
*Achieving adhoc income targets.
*Achieving preventative maintenance targets.
*Achieving service response times.
*Managing relogs and optimising performance.
*Monitoring engineer performance
*Carrying out performance reviews
*Carrying out site customer site visits
*Production of regular reports
*Analysis of department performance and recommendations for improvements
2.To take responsibility for the Service Manger
*To provide guidance and support to Service Manger
*To oversee the performance of the Service Manager
3.To be responsible for the performance of the Service Engineers
*To carry out engineer grading assessments
*Review engineers timesheet submissions
Personnel Specification
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and confident self starter who is highly motivated and can demonstrate the following attributes:
* Commercial awareness.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* The temperament to deal effectively with the responsibilities and pressures of a role of this nature.
* A sound technical background
* The ability to motivate people
* Excellent communication skills
