A talented & experienced Operations/Programme Manager with a strong background in Pharmaceutical or Medical Device products to join their rapidly growing business to focus on their Production/Plant related processes.

The Operations/Programme Manager has the overall responsibility for execution of operation strategy. You will oversee maintenance, Production engineer, strategy, quality and the logistics relating to the production of drug-delivery/medical device products. This position provides a real challenge and opportunity as a Change management piece to work and engage key stakeholders to continuously improvements processes & systems.

You will be a key component of the production engineering and maintenance departments and an active contributor to Management Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, train, develop, coach your team.
*Lead by example
*Drive continuous improvement
*Control and lead Production and Logistic Supervisors, Production Engineers and Maintenance manager
*Enhance awareness of EHS
*Deliver flawless quality documentation to the QA/RA department
*Initiate and execute complaints and quality processes
*Conduct root-cause analyse
*CAPEX exposure

Fast paced, dynamic environment, where they work closely with in-house as well as client production. They want proactive, confident individuals, willing to learn and grow within an organisation. Exposure to the following is a big bonus: US FDA 21 CFR 820.30, ISO 13485, ISO 15378 standards
