Operations Manager - Northampton - Manufacturing

An opportunity has arisen for a new Operations Manager to join theirNorthamptonsite which presents an excellent opportunity. Reporting directly to the Site Manager you will act as a team to really drive performance on site and lead an already successful team. What is really positive about this company though is that there is a huge amount of opportunity on this plant to take it to the next level. Interested? I am looking for some of the strongest Operations Managers/ Manufacturing Managers within the engineering or manufacturing industry. The most important aspect of this role is that you are an excellent man manager who is genuinely strong at leading and getting the best out of a team. Ideal industry background would be automotive or FMCG but other similar industries will be considered. On offer for the role is a starting salary of circa £40,000 which is flexible dependant on the successful candidates skills and experience.
