Operations Manager - ICT Service Delivery

This opportunity is to manage a team mandated with providing application and production support for a large transformation project involving multiple vendor engagement, systems governance and ICT service delivery. This role will lead the internal application support team to meet their service level agreement within the organisation. This will include but not limited to, providing all the relevant documents, review of the internal policies and strategies, and lead the implementation of designated system applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Provide business-sided application-portfolio ownership and management.
- Design and maintain application and production support governance.
- Oversee IT asset management procedures and validity.
- Contracts management.
- Performance and team management.
- Participant in strategic business/technology planning sessions.

KEY REQUIREMENT INCLUDE:

- Exposure to transformational leadership in a commercial and/or government organisation.
- Utilising ITIL Frameworks to address service oriented cultural change were required.
- Proven experienced in end to end ICT Infrastructure services delivery and operations.
- Team leadership skills in aligning staff to company values and business goals.
