As Operation Manager you will have a good balance between being hands on and managing the shop floor with the help of your factory supervisor and a more strategic focus- for example looking at projects for new capital investment. We are looking for some of the best Operations or Production Managers in the manufacturing industry. You should have a good proven track record, good management skills and show that you are an excellent team player who really wants to help make a difference in a role. On offer the role is a starting salary of up to £45,000.
