Operations Manager (Fixed TERM Contract)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager on a fixed-term contract, based in Manchester, until the end of the year.

My client is now looking to recruit an Operations Manager to join their award winning team. The ideal candidate will have had a background in Financial Services, and lead a team before. This role is very hands on, dealing with the day to day running of a small team, including the training, recruitment, development, and keeping motivation high within the team.

Communication is essential for the role, as you will be in contact dialogue with your team and other key stakeholders, coupled with management and coaching skills.

This position is a fixed term role, until the end of the year, with a salary of £45,000 pro-rata.
