OPERATIONS MANAGER - CUSTOMER EXCELLENCE

A leading insurance company are looking for an Operations Manager - Customer Excellence.

The primary focus of the Operations Manager is on delivering operational performance, customer service and risk management through the leadership of an Operations team contributing to strategic activity across that operation.

The Operations Manager will be tasked with the following:
* Providing leadership and direction to the Operations department to achieve and exceed agreed targets/KPIs delivering enhanced performance for customers, colleagues and shareholders
* Managing business plans, resources and budgets to ensure profitability, efficiency and effectiveness of the operation
* Ensuring operation/business area is Treating Customers Fairly and demonstrate a knowledge of the TCF principles/outcomes by embedding a customer centric culture to enhance complaint handling and reduce customer detriment
* Implementating business efficiencies and qualitative improvements to improve staff retention and employee satisfaction from data collated from employee and customer satisfaction survey feedback
* Identifying, owning and managing the risks involved in running the business appropriate to the role, in line with the company risk framework eg Policy Learning, clear desk policy, information security etc.
