My client, an important company in Mexico, is looking for X3 SAP Operation Manager Basis consultants.

The skills required will be:

Technical Management, SAP Basis technical background, Common understanding of SAP Basis Solutons architecture and capabilities.
Excellent English Skills
Computer Programs Needed: Productivitie Suite including Project Management software
University degree and 2-5 years of work experience, 4 - 8 years of work experience or vocational training with several years of work experience. Managerial experiences recommended.
3 to 5 years of experience working in a Customer Service position
Proved experience in Managing technical teams
Experience on technical IT project implementation playing roles of Coordinators and Leadership
SAP Basis technical consultant desirable
Emphaty and Leadership
Strong communication skills
Fluent in Spanish and English
Competent when working with virtual teams
Creates positive experiences for customers in the frame of possibilities.
Has well developed knowledge of the competitive environment.
Knows his/her internal and external customer personally.
Knows their requirements and technical objectives and develops effective customer strategy.
