SAP Operation Manager Basis - Puebla, Mexico

My client, an important company in Mexico, is looking for X3 SAP Operation Manager Basis consultants.

The skills required will be:

*Technical Management, SAP Basis technical background, Common understanding of SAP Basis Solutons architecture and capabilities.
*Excellent English Skills
*Computer Programs Needed: Productivitie Suite including Project Management software
*University degree and 2-5 years of work experience, 4 - 8 years of work experience or vocational training with several years of work experience. Managerial experiences recommended.
*3 to 5 years of experience working in a Customer Service position
*Proved experience in Managing technical teams
*Experience on technical IT project implementation playing roles of Coordinators and Leadership
*SAP Basis technical consultant desirable
*Emphaty and Leadership
*Strong communication skills
*Competent when working with virtual teams
*Creates positive experiences for customers in the frame of possibilities.
*Has well developed knowledge of the competitive environment.
*Knows his/her internal and external customer personally.
*Knows their requirements and technical objectives and develops effective customer strategy.

*Challenges others to provide high quality products and services that exceed the requirements of customers.
*Identifies competitors' strengths/weaknesses/trends and uses this information and his knowledge to improve own organization.

*Capable of managing major/complex project with regards to the customers' interests.
*Advises others with respect to contract compliance.
