Operations Manager - Basel

Our client in Basel is a seeking an Operations Manager to Plan, direct and co-ordinate the operations of a business, division, department or operating unit.

MAIN TASKS

- Plan and maintain systems and procedures for operating efficiency.
- Manage staff for optimum performance.
- Support of the IT Coordinator in monitoring and tracking the status and progress of the remediation activities.
- Reports on a regular basis (eg weekly/monthly) to the IT Coordinators/Audit Lead
- Keep Remediation Tracker up-to-date
- Supports the "Remediation Owner" and/or the "NVS Driver"; eg
- Provides further information;
- Channels requests and responses
- Previews and verifies the agreed deliverables
- Previews and checks whether the agreed success criteria have been met

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

- Attentive to details and assumes accountability for consequences of actions taken.
- Ability to assess where technology solutions fit within a business process.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and system design background.
- Project management experience and good writing skills for documentation requirements.

- Basic know-how regarding control frameworks
- Used Technologies: SharePoint and Excel
