POSITION SUMMARY:
- Feasibility, Provisioning, Migrations & Repair: of multiple Telecom Network domain
- Planning, Engineering & Construction:
- Lead motivates and coach your team to the mission and the objectives of the Department of IT in the respective and your team
- Lead a team of about ten people (internal staff, local contractors and on-site partners), supplemented by offshore employees.
- Manage the planning and the work content of the team members.
- Ensure proactive cooperation on projects to ensure the operational readiness.
- Guarantee the compliance with the service levels within the domain.
- Guarantee a strong relationship with our internal customers to satisfy their needs to improve customer satisfaction and to understand business SLAs.
- Guarantee delivery of (offshore) partners within the contractual conditions.
- Stand in for solving technical problems.
- Responsible for the operational coordination and follow-up of important incidents within the team.
- Responsible for the implementation of the logged incident, problem and change management processes within the team.
- Define KPls for availability, performance, quality and reliability of the activities within the team.
- Create, improve and maintain the operational procedures in order to increase the efficiency and operational excellence.
