Operations Manager

We now have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join one of our sites in Chester on a contract basis for four months initially, starting as soon as possible.

In this position you will be responsible for managing operational service delivery teams to ensure the achievement of contractual SLA's, through the effective support and development of colleagues and to ensure adherence to policy, process and Capita's risk framework.

To be successful in this role you will be an accomplished and experienced Operations Manager with experience gained within a financial services outsourcing environment. Prior experience of managing a complex, challenging and detailed environment along with superior organisation, people management, reporting and interpersonal skills are of paramount importance. Due to the urgent nature of this contract we are only in a position to consider candidates with immediate, or near immediate availability.

Based in Chester. Four month contract starting as soon as possible. Salary circa £40,000 depending on experience.
