Operations Manager

A leading engineering company is looking to add to their successful team and is recruiting for an Operations Manager.

Location - Based in Essex
Job Title - Operations Manager
Rate - Rate is negotiable
Type - 6 month contract to potentially go permanent

Responsibility for the effective and efficient delivery of all site activities to meet the needs and objectives of the company.

*Responsible for all on-site team health and safety issues.
*Responsible for 20+ permanent staff reporting directly and indirectly and a number of temporary staff
*Responsibility for goods in, warehousing and assembly teams

Experience:

You will be an experienced Operations Manager having worked in fast paced, high quality environment.

The role may suit someone from an Automotive background (lean, fast past environment) although applicants from other areas will be considered.

You'll be a good man manager who is able to demonstrate a track record in leading change within a business and good achievements in previous roles.

The successful candidate will be joining the market leader in their field and will benefit from a competitive rate that is negotiable depending on experience.
