An experienced Operational Delivery Manager is required to ensure published service standards are achieved on applications from #Foreign Nationals wishing to stay in the country with the right balance between giving excellent customer service and taking action against individuals or organisations that do not comply with immigration rules. Strong Leadership is required to enable operational units transition through a period of change including significant change to IT and processes, major policy changes and team structures. The role will be responsible for day to day operational delivery of service standards, high quality and income so requires proven operational/leadership skills.. You will be responsible for the recovery plan, reducing case work backlogs, bringing routes back into published service standards and meeting agreed income targets. You need to have proven operational/Leadership skills within a target driven environment.
