Operations Lead, Suffolk - 3-6 Months

Our client is looking for an experienced Operations Lead to manage staff groups within their Special Surgery Directorate.

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

- The Operational Lead has responsibility for managing all aspects of operational delivery within Clinical Specialty of the Surgery Division of Ipswich Hospital to agreed quality standards and within the resource and income base available, to support the Trust's development as a clinically led organisation on its journey to FT status.
- The Operational Lead will lead on the development, implementation, establishment and review of performance management systems within Clinical Specialty - it is critical that this is done collaboratively with other Clinical Specialties within the Division and across the other Divisions.
- Proven experience of working in a management/leadership role
- Experience of managing, leading and motivating a team
- Leading service changes to improve performance
- Leading projects
- Experience delivering 18 week RTT
