Operations Global OTC Clearing Manager

* 10+ years OTC trade support and/or cleared derivative operations experience * Must understand the regulatory and industry changes, anticipate the impact to the business and proactively adapt operational processes and functions accordingly * Demonstrated ability to drive change through to flawless execution across multiple complex initiates * Partner closely with Front Office Sales building and maintaining these internal and external relationships are critical to the success of this role. * Exhibit the ability to switch between macro and micro operating principles in order to design, lead and adjust the operating model as the need arises. * Lead the E2E transition from design through to QA / UAT and successful implementation into the BAU process. * Demonstrated global leadership excellence, having led a multi-regional organization in the past delivering superior tangible / quantifiable results. * Proven track record of achieving results optimizing resources and driving efficiencies. * Excellent communication, effective with subordinates, peers and senior management * Demonstrated success in identifying and implementing solutions for process improvement * Face off with internal and external auditors, regulators and the Derivative Clearing Organizations If you are someone who has spent a good amount of time in your existing position and you're looking to take your career to the next level, email your resume.
