Operations Geologist - Full Time Role in PA

Progressive Global Energy is working in close partnership with an independent E&P company in Pennsylvania. They are seeking an Operations Geologist to join their team - this is a full time, direct hire role. You must be legally authorized to work in the USA without any sponsorship.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Geology, 3 years minimum experience as an operations geologist with and E&P company, and an understanding of petroleum systems (as it pertains to exploration).

Job responsibilities include:

* Creating pressure and regional maps
* Monitor pressure, create well reports, and monitoring wells during drilling
* Geologic mapping
* Manage drilling program including geosteering of horizontal wells
* Petra/GeoGraphix are preferred
