Candidate will take on a broad range of responsibilities with the North Dakota Operations team. Key responsibilities include: designing well plans, coordinating and overseeing geosteering of the horizontal wells with a wellsite mudlogger working in the field as support. Other requirements include but are not limited to:

* Maintain appropriate digital databases, including Petra.
* Work with drilling engineers to design horizontal and high angle wells.
* Supervise consultant mudloggers at rig sites
