OPERATIONS ENGINEER (WORKDAY, FTP, XFB)

An Operations Engineer (Workday, FTP, XFB) is urgently required for an ASAP start with a major client in Amsterdam.

The Operations Engineer (Workday, FTP, XFB) will -

- Monitor and manage all interfaces from and to Workday
- Perform all activities regarding daily operations of the interfaces - monitoring interface (run) statuses, analysing log files for root cause and manually initiating reruns of interfaces.
- Perform or assist in high level impact analysis as well as detailed impact analysis for all changes on the interfaces.

The Operations Engineer (Workday, FTP, XFB) will have the following skills and experience -

- Wide experience in IT spanning multiple Operating Systems and transport protocols (FTP, XFB).
- Familiarity with object-based programming and capable of configuring Interfaces.
- Skill with all ITIL-processes in order to ensure business continuity.
- Field expertise in human resources and/or ITIL would be desirable.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
