Operations Engineer

*OPERATIONS ENGINEER NEEDED*

WORK FOR THE LEADING SOFTWARE BRAND

DUTIES:

- Executes prewritten manual test scripts and reports product anomalies when found.
- May run automated test tools and performs analysis of results.
- Performs basic computer configuration and/or application compatibility testing.
- Works under the supervision of more senior Testers.
- Sets up general hardware configurations, OS and applications.
- Narrows down problems to OS or test suite.
- Performs repeatable testing procedures and processes, with excellent opportunity to demonstrate ad hoc testing skills.
- Evaluates and reports test results.

SKILLS WE NEED:

- Time Management
- Lab Technician
- Ticket Management System experience
- System Administrative experience - Basics, but not exhaustive knowledge
- Certification skills
- Ability to move hardware in a Lab Environment
- Rack and Stack hardware
- Cabling
- Operational Engineer capabilities
- Perform break-fix scenarios
- Set up accounts
- Basic Active Directory skills
- Basic Networking skill
- Good communication skills
- Basic problem solving skills
