OPERATIONS DIRECTOR - HEALTHCARE/PHARMA - BELGIUM

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED

- Proven experience in scheduling, budgeting and process improvement
- Proven experience in coaching, supervising, staffing, and performance management
- Person should communicate effectively, have strong job knowledge, and are well organized with a strong work ethic
- Demonstrated ability in problem solving and issue resolution ability
- Proven track record of delivering and managing multiple and/or complex projects successfully
- Experience in process re-engineering, business controls and cost control management
- Prior experience in reviewing project value preferred
- Ability to provide leadership, direction and support as required
- Solid background in HR or Resource management
- Proficient Excel skills
- Good written and oral communication
- Needs to be very detail oriented with strong numerical background

KEY TASKS:

- Uses knowledge and expertise to research, plan, communicate and achieve multiple objectives through one or more project teams.
- Recommends changes to improve the information systems process and to alleviate process inaccuracy and duplication. Has multi-functional and/or global responsibility.
- Identifies complex issues and implements strategies to resolve issues.
- Uses innovative thinking for analysing and evaluating information to arrive at conclusions, make recommendations and take action that may have direct impact on revenue.
