Operations Director - French Speaker

Global leading vendor in Africa urgently requires an experienced Operations Director consultant to work within its ambitious and dynamic environment

Reporting directly to the VP of Global Operations, the primary function of the Director of Operations will be to take daily leadership, management and full operational responsibility for the Company operation in order to meet the facility targets for customer service and retention, growth and profitability. Additionally, you will support positive labour relations to enable a motivated workforce.

Core Competences:
- French and English Language skills fluent
- Bachelors Degree or above in telecommunication field or equivalent.
- At least 5 years practical experience in Telecommunications industry,network operations, planning or engineering.
- Experience with Managed Services management and managing the team with more than 100 persons is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver managed services project successfully in vendors or operators,
- Ability to control quality, cost, progress, and risk during project implementation.
- Familiar with contract, commerce and finance knowledge.
- Good interpersonal communications and negotiation skills. Good coordination and organizing skills.
