Operations Delivery Manager
A fantastic contract opportunity has arisen for an Operations Delivery Manager to join a busy and exciting project in Ireland for a global telecommunications company.
This role focuses on the operational management of daily Rollout activities. The main duties are to drive and coordinate the activities of the deployment teams after the sites are integrated, until the sites are handed over to the customer operations organisation. You will also act as single point of contact for the customer Change Management and Operations teams.
As the Delivery Operations Manager you will provide leadership in coordination and performance of appropriate tasks that contribute to the execution of the Local Service Organisation strategies and objectives.
As the ideal Operational Delivery Manager you will have the following key skills:
* Effective command and control of the daily Network Performance Activities, interface to Project/Delivery Managers, Rollout Integration Manager and the Approved Service Providers (ASP Sub-Contractors), act as Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for all work streams including the customer.
* Effective communication of all activities, fault fix and maintenance, reporting any deviations from the planned activities
* Manage all daily activities and changes to completion
* Daily reporting of the progress and issues, Weekly/Monthly reporting to Programme & Project Manager and other internal stakeholders.
* Educated to degree level or equivalent.
