OPERATIONS CONTROL ANALYST NEEDED FOR CAPITA FTSE 100 HR SOLUTIONS AREA IN LONDON!

Due to our consistent expansion, we have created a new role of OPERATIONS CONTROL ANALYST to work onsite in our Morgan Stanley partnership.

SOME OF THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Build and maintain an excel database to control workloads of teams
- Act as Operations Controller, ensuring workload and projects are tracked in relevant documents/

systems - Carry out regular reporting for HR Operations
- Create and maintain process documentation
- Manage specific projects as allocated

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

- Strong use of excel - Intermediate to advanced level including V look ups and pivot tables
- Project management and analytical skills
- Excellent IT skills to include Word, PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail and strong execution skills

DESIRABLE:

- Use of Microsoft Access
- Use of VBA
