Virgin Media are one of the largest telecommunications companies in the UK and are committed to providing products and services of the very highest quality.

I am looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the existing team at their offices in Wythenshawe. In this role you will provide excellent customer care to both internal and external customers. You will regularly contact field engineers, ensuring all faults are logged on the system, and investigate further where necessary. By using careful questioning you will identify the customers requirements and provide appropriate solutions. Additionally, you will provide up-to-date customer contact details to appropriate third party companies.

With a background in customer service, you will ideally have previously worked in a contact centre or customer-focussed office environment. Problem solving skills and attention to detail will also be key in this role. Finally, you must be able to demonstrate you have excellent communication and listening skills.

There is a rotational shift pattern and you will therefore need to be flexible with your working hours between 8am-8pm, Monday - Friday, and be able to work 1 Saturday in 3.
