Operations and Analytics Manager - South East - Circa. £60-70K

Salary: Competitive, Pensions, Car, Bonus and Healthcare.

The primary purpose of this role is to lead and coordinate all activities associated with business operations and analytics including management of all business systems, data collection, market insight & analysis and a team of three. Ideally this role will be part of the sucession planning within the business to take on broader responsibility and European responsibility.

Purpose of the role:

The primary purpose of this role is to lead and coordinate all activities associated with business operations and analytics including management of all business systems, data collection, market insight & analysis and a team of three.

Operations responsibilities:
The position will be responsible for leading an operations team that has responsibility for delivering operational support to the rest of the business, including: Business systems & analytics operational plan including support and training and project management of key initiatives.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Lead and drive the UK and Ireland Business Operations & analysis function whilst maintaining a strong business partnership relationship with all departments
2. Implementation of procedures and systems as identified by the local business, where possible ensuring consistency across countries and conducting regular reviews to ensure business needs are met
3. Maintain a on-going plan for development, implementation, support & training of existing and future business system. (including but not limited to CRM, sales & marketing support system, data warehouse.
4. Plan, designs, implements and manages business analysis projects and provide final analysis and recommendations to sales and marketing as well as to the leadership team (CLT)
5. Establish and provide regular consistent & accurate reporting of relevant sales and marketing data
6. Analyse and recommend the best use of new and existing sources of data

Skill Requirements:

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to effectively interact and influence with all levels in the business
* A successful history of diverse people management experience, ideally within the industry sector
* Strong and demonstrated leadership skills
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Logical, organised thought process adaptable to project management
* Ability to switch between detail orientation and helicopter view
* Ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment and pro-actively identify and recommend solutions for business efficiencies/opportunities
* Proficiency in English language with strong report writing skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office with excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Knowledge and experience of project management methodology
