Operations Analyst - Graduate

My major Investment Banking client based in Chester is currently seeking an Operations Analyst to join their Team.

Key Skills required for as Operations Analyst:

*The candidate will ideally have experience of working in a Financial Services environment.
*Excellent PC skills - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
*Highly motivated team player
*Good communication skills
*Ability to assimilate and consolidate information from various control and business areas
*Strong reconciliation and investigation skills
*Must be able to work under pressure and consistently deliver business results.

The role (accountabilities):

*The ideal candidate will want to pursue a career in the Investment Banking industry and demonstrate this.
*Identification and escalation of trade and cash breaks
*Take personal ownership for delivering superior client service
*Pursue goals and continuously raise performance expectations to achieve excellence
