Operations Analyst- EMC, Platform, Storage, Support

Our client, a large global consultancy are currently looking for a Operations Analyst to join their expanding team on a contract basis. The role will be based in Paris, France starting off on a 2 month contract, however, there is a high possibility of an extension. They are looking to bring someone on board ASAP.

For this role the perfect candidate will have 3+ years solid experience as an Operations Analyst. For this role you will provide 2nd level operational support which includes monitoring and triage of system jobs, applications, Middleware and interfaces. You will also support and oversee the deployments of new functional enhancements, code fixes & releases. As an operations analyst you will set up, configure and monitor all production jobs. You will manage batch operations and implement best practises to work with other teams and ensure that appropriate controls are implemented. 

Key Skills:

- Previous Operations Analyst experience
- EMC Product Support
- Platform Support
- Infra Storage Administration
- Batch Technologies

Desirable Skills:

- Worked in France previously
- Knowledge beyond the above within an Operations Analyst role

Language Skills:

- French
- English
