Overview:

The Deutsche Bank Chief Information Security Office (CISO) is responsible for establishing and maintaining the enterprise vision, strategy and program to ensure information assets are adequately protected.

We require an Operations Analyst to identify and undertake the technical support requirements for a global Data Leakage Prevention (DLP) solution. As the Operations Analyst you will work with the business service and engineering team to understand the support requests and respond to them on a day-to-day basis that our team receives from the business within the scope of Data Leakage Protection.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for a defined set of technical DLP controls
- Process, analyse, investigate and close support tickets when they come to the team request queue and thereby feed information back in the process eg lessons learned, new support requests, or changed technical conditions
- Adapt and work with the internal ticket systems
- Provide feedback and improve current processes
- Document the management of support requests and support the creation of Key Operating Procedures (KOPs)

You will have:

- Knowledge of Active Directory Group Policy Objects, operating systems and in particular, registry keys
- Knowledge of how to deploy and bring certain functionality into production (engineering knowledge) will be required. For example, to raise change request
- An understanding of Data Leakage Prevention based on Symantec Endpoint Protection (Anti-Virus solution)
- Extensive knowledge in ticket systems
- Very good investigative and analytical skills
- Experience with Microsoft (MS) Windows and MS Windows Server operating systems
- Experience working with Microsoft (MS) Office tools, MS Sharepoint, Lotus Notes and various web-based tools
- Testing experience required
- Ability to summarise support results in short response texts
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working in an organisation which has more than 100,000 workstations would be preferable

You will be:

- Bachelor Degree educated from an accredited college or university, or relevant practical experience
- Working in a distributed team where decision making is spread across organisational boundaries
- Self-motivated, proactive and resourceful, with the ability to multi-task
- Able to lead a team of peers with limited guidance
- Able to assess issues and suggest corrective actions
