Projektbeschreibung
Responsibilities:
Support day to day activities for bond and repo client trades eg allocation & confirmation
Act as point of contact for client queries and first point of escalation
Ensure all client benchmarks are met for confirmation processing
Consider areas where MI would allow understanding of service levels and assist in driving improvements
Produce/analyse MI to identify errors, omissions and repeat issues. Where issues are identified take ownership and influence a positive outcome
Support client service off-shored activities and work towards the full implementation of the Target Operating Model.
Work closely with the Business and Change teams to support client related new business initiatives in a cost effective and sustainable manner. Ensure new business requirements fully understood and evaluated against the Operational capacity to support the business.
Work with the business to improve sales trade booking timeliness/accuracy.
Skills:
Good understanding of the Fixed Income products and trade life cycle
Able to demonstrable understanding of risk and control throughout trade life cycle
Experience of transactional client service functions eg confirmations and allocations processing and settlements activities
Experience of and delivering value add client service
Experience of delivery process enhancements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong inter personal skills.
Ability to problem solve and escalate.
