OPERATIONS ANALYST MINNEAPOLIS, MN CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY

The position will have oversight of field cases and be responsible for the field SLA compliance. The ideal candidate has previous tech experience working in a dispatch capacity and understanding of running a dispatchable technician model adhering to strict defined processes is a plus. Position would need to track down assets working with various teams and systems. Also be able to work with various teams to reconcile data differences in MPS and asset management system.

M-F 8am-5pm

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3 to 5 years relevant experience required
- Previous Tech experience required working in a dispatch capacity
- Understanding of running a dispatch technician model a plus
- Analytical, detailed oriented Excel expertise required
- Understanding of IT Asset movements in an enterprise environment
- Knowledge of break-fix and IMAC services
