OPERATIONS ANALYST MINNEAPOLIS, MN CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY

The Operations Analyst will have oversight of client field cases and be responsible for the field SLA compliance. The successful candidate must be capable of adhering to strictly defined processes.

OVERVIEW:

- Develops and maintains plans, policies, and procedures for all operating activities.
- Identifies, prioritizes, and communicates all system and process issues that affect productivity and efficiency, and provides input and support for necessary improvements.
- Tracks down assets working with various teams and systems
- Works with various teams to reconcile data differences in MPS and asset management system
- Duties may include: creating or maintaining operation policies, return procedures, scheduling, quality assurance, billing, cost analysis, reporting, and/or inventory reconciliation.
- Shift is 8-5AM CST.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3 to 5 years relevant experience required
- Previous Tech experience required working in a dispatch capacity
- Understanding of running a dispatch technician model a plus
- Analytical, detailed oriented Excel expertise required
- Understanding of IT Asset movements in an enterprise environment
- Knowledge of break-fix and IMAC services
