Operations Analyst

MONRONEY AND ORDER ANALYST HERNDON, VA 10 MONTH CONTRACT

The Monroney and Order Analyst will maintain ordering data, communicate it via the Order Guide, and use the Monroney application to ensure all labels are updated and available to distribute across the US.

KEY TASKS:

- Work with the Order Specialists to maintain a list of all available products for ordering
- Update the Order Guide (maintained in MS Publisher) as changes distribute via email and web tools
- Maintain data in the Monroney Label Application for all current models based on information from the Ordering and Product Teams
- Follow the Monroney Label Process to update the system with the models for each new year and ensure all parties have given their approvals to the content of the labels
- Use Data Tools such as Business Objects for ad hoc reporting of Model Data

REQUIREMENTS:

- Education required: College Degree
- Automotive experience helpful but not required
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Publisher and Excel
- Microsoft Access a plus
