Job Description:

Operations Analyst French Speaking Role

The Operations Analyst will provide 2nd level operational support for France & global systems which includes but is not limited to the monitoring and triage of system jobs, applications, Middleware and interfaces.
The Operational Analyst may also be required to support and oversee the deployments of new functional enhancement, code fixes and releases.

Main Task:
To setup configure and monitor all production jobs to ensure continuity of service.
To manage batch operations and to implement best practices
To work with other service management teams and ensure that the appropriate controls are implemented.
