Operations Analyst

Purpose of Role

Providing clients with a Corporate Actions service for all assets held in Custody. The role holder will be accountable for collating all market intelligence in the UK and International market, notifying clients of any capital reorganisations, collating responses and ultimately ensuring that the outturn of the capital reorganisation is distributed to clients in the form of cash or stock in an accurate and timely manner. The role holder will provide a service to a diverse client base inclusive of, Investment Managers, Private Clients and Private Banking and will ensure that all communications and reporting are tailored according to the demands of the clients and comply with regulatory obligations.

Core Accountabilities
The role holder will undertake all Corporate Actions Processing activity in the UK and Foreign markets in accordance with FSA and local regulatory requirements, with a focus on accurate and timely execution. They will deliver a world class service to all clients, ensuring that enquiries are investigated and resolved within defined service level agreements. The role holder will undertake a range of administrative duties within the Corporate Actions team, including complex and non routine issues.

Essential Skills;

- This is a Back Office Administrative role so prior Back Office operations experience is key
- Prior experience in an administrative role.
- experience liaising with multiple internal stakeholders
- a keen eye for detail when creating MI packs and reporting.
