Operations Analyst

Our client is one of America's leading company's seeking an Operations Analyst to construct Critical App Controls Policy. S/He will assist with planning, organizing, motivating application owners to achieve disaster recovery test plans for 142 critical applications where currently there is no test plan in place.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinates the development, implementation of Disaster Recovery plans for critical business applications
- Works with application owners to review business impacts and identify associated risks
- Identifies, prioritizes, and communicates all system and process issues that affect productivity and efficiency, and provides input and support for necessary improvements
- Works with the critical application owners to assure that disaster recovery procedures are aligned with the Critical App Controls Policy

Qualifications:

- Requires 3 to 5 years relevant experience.
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within information technology
- Knowledge of disaster recovery process and planning in an Enterprise Environment
- Excellent communication skills, in English, both written and oral
- Will not be doing hands on engineering, just need the background knowledge
- Will be working onsite in Boston, Huntington Ave
