We are looking for an Operations Administrator (SAP/Salesforce) with experience using SAP or Salesforce for an initial 4 month contract based in Guildford for a Fortune 500 company.

Role

*Timesheets - Staff - Chasing any timesheets still missing on Friday morning in preparation for timesheet transferral over the weekend
*Timesheets - Associates - Chasing outstanding approvals of Associate timesheets
*Hours moves - Exceptional timesheet corrections at request of Ops Managers
*Missing rates - Chasing any missing revenue rates on T&M projects in SAP
*Rate changes - Running rate changes as required on T&M projects in SAP
*Running Weekly Activity Reports on an ad hoc basis
*Monthly project reviews - Sending out invites, ensuring relevant paperwork is distributed before the meeting and attending to take note of any actions. Completing any actions assigned to Ops Admin.
*Providing general cover for other members of the Ops Admin team, as required
*Salesforce - Regularly reviewing Salesforce to ensure that all closed sales have been set up in SAP to ensure no discrepancies between Salesforce and SAP at the end of the month.
*SAP Project setups/amendments - Setting up new projects in SAP as required, making sure that BCE and Salesforce have been updated as necessary
*Making updates to existing project codes as required (eg date extensions, budget increases, contract status updates).
*SAP Sales Order creation/amendments - Setting up and amending sales orders for all External projects
*SAP Pricing Conditions - Setting up revenue rates for all T&M projects

Essential Requirements
Strong administrative and communications skills, fast learner.

Desirable Requirements
SAP experience, similar experience
