OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR

MY CLIENT A LEADING ENGINEERING DEFENCE CONSULTANCY BASED IN ANNESLEY, NEAR NOTTINGHAM IS URGENTLY SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED ADMINISTRATOR FOR A MINIMUM OF 4 WEEKS. THIS IS A FULL TIME ROLE WORKING 37 HOURS MONDAY- FRIDAY.

THE ADMINISTRATOR WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A COMPREHENSIVE AND EFFICIENT ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE TO THE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT OF NETWORK ENGINEERING - POWER.

Responsibilities include:

- Collect and distribute Operations post on a daily basis
- Produce and maintain a Weekly Staff Planner.
- Collate and maintain a holiday planner for Operations employees
- Collate and process timesheets, expenses and holiday requests for Operations employees.
- Assist in the compilation and formatting of operational documents, ie Method Statements, Work Instructions, Risk Assessments, etc.
- Assist in the compilation and formatting of documents required by clients, ie CV's, Training Certificates, etc.
- Assist in preparations for meetings, courses, seminars, etc. as required.

Previous experience of Administration is essential along with Microsoft Office skills and the ability to communicate effectively via email and telephone.
