Operational Tools Software Designer

Opportunity open for a 2G/3G and 4G Operational Tools Software Designer with at least 8 or more years in Radio Network optimisation, to work my reputable Telecommunications client in Paris , France. Rates are competitive. 3 months initial contract position. French and English language speakers required

KEY EXPERIENCE:

- At least 10 years in Radio network optimization and SQL experience.
- At least 2 year work experience on signalling trace and OSS analysis.
- At least 4 year work experience on Huawei OSS (M2000, ISStar, PRS, Nastar)
- Knows well about at least one drive test tool and post-processing software (such as Nemo/Actix, XCAL/XCAP)
- Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills. Ability to cooperate and work with peoples from different cultures
- Fluent oral and written English, French

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop, Administrate and Maintain Database of Site Visits and Site Engineering details
- Develop, Administrate and Maintain a Database of Site Configurations
- Analyze project needs together with project actors.
- Find possible automation of repetitive tasks.
- Design and implement in an agile development cycle a set of tools to perform automation and/or document dematerialization.
- Maintain the tools
- Team Management for up to 10 RF optimization ensure a good communication with Customer contact throughout the project and with several optimization teams.
- Will support his management in establishing priority in order to achieve best possible balance customer satisfaction versus project planning
