DURATION: 5 months (end of November 2013)
ROLE:
The main objective of this position is to provide 3rd level technical services and new version delivery coordination. This integral role will determine the success of the clients' project as it works closely hand in hand with the architect, further strengthening the architecture and the technical design of the solution.
Program/Project Focus:
The operation technical support will understand in details the technical aspects of the solution to help the technical architect in his numerous operational tasks:
. Technical Coordination for delivery implementation
. L3 incident analysis and resolution.
. RGOs deployment support (config change, interface setup,)
. Volume and Stress Test scenario validation, outcome and impact analysis
. Compliancy with the GLOBE technical standards
. Collaborate with on-site/off-site technical resources
. Evaluate technical/development effort for new requirements.
KNOWLEDGE AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:
. Experience as technical expert/development lead on large projects in international organizations with a disciplined overview of priorities and technical integrations
. Solution seeking attitude to efficiently sustain and build the solution. Ability to find new technical approaches for the improvement of the solution in line with Business requirements
. Very good understanding of Globe (or similar) methodology and organization
. Technical analysis/development skills with international mindset
. Technical experience in construction of mobility projects
. Experience in ITIL to communicate with infrastructure teams
. Technical knowledge:
o .NET 2.0 including ASP.NET
o MS SQL Server 2005/2008
o Windows Mobile
o Mobility solutions (synchronization, package deployment etc.)
o Cognos 8 (Datamodelling and report building)
o Bluetooth and RFID functionality and configuration
o MS Office Suite
o HP Quality Center
o LoadRunner
o Visual Studio
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
