Operational Team Manager - Older Adults and Physical Disabilities

Our client has a job vacancy for an Operational Team Manager to work within an Older Adults and Physical Disabilities (PD) Team based in Central London. This vacancy has an initial 3 month contract and the pay rate for this role is £31-33 per hour (limited company worker).

Requirements:
Have you got a social work degree or equivalent?
Are you HCPC registered?
Do you have 2 years experience within a similar role in the UK?
Do you have experience in management?
Do you have an excellent knowledge of the statutory and legislative framework?

If you fit these requirements then you could be the ideal candidate.

Duties:
- You will be managing assessment and care management service.
- You will be helping the workflow within the service to progress.
- You will be ensuring resources and demands are managed effectively.
- You will be supporting staff to make effective decisions.
- You will be holding a complex and diverse caseload.
- You will be working within a multidisciplinary team.
