Operational Tax Management Specialist - English and Ideally German spe

For a global bank based here in Zürich we are looking for a Tax Specialist for a long term contact.

The Job:

- Manage and coordinate the open operational tax relevant questions resulting from the new legal entity set-up in Switzerland front-to-back
- Understand the technical and operational impact resulting from the new setup from an operational tax perspective
- Screen, assess and allocate operational tax relevant issues to the appropriate business division/function
- Identify potential operational tax issues which have not yet been addressed
- Advise the affected functions with regard to the tax technical design of operational tax relevant processes
- Track resolution of issues and proper and timely implementation of operational tax relevant processes in close collaboration with the process owners

We are looking for candidates with:

- Sound knowledge of OPERATIONAL TAXES across the different business divisions (Wealth Management, Investment Bank and Global Asset Management)
- Profound understanding of the front-to-back processes affected by OPERATIONAL TAXES across banks
- Project management skills (20% of the work)
- Team player with assertiveness
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in German and English (oral and written)
