We are looking for one of our clients, an international finance institute, for external support by several resources Operational Support Investment Funds/Customer Transistion Management
Role/Area:
Support the migration of customer business flows onto clients project order routing platform and its settlement and custody platform.
Tasks/Responsibilities Area
Customer implementations: scoping, technical set up, migration planning, execution of portfolio transfers
Customer data maintenance: agent/dealer code collection and processing
Transfer Agent implementations: manage the migration of order routing & settlement & Central Facility for Funds
Maintain a project plan & general administration support SWIFT 15022 & 20022 testing of order flows (Customer and Transfer Agent flows)
Qualifications/Required Skills
Experience of working in the investment funds industry dealing with distribution support tasks & processes customer acceptance processing including account set up at a Transfer Agency processing customer orders, especially transfers for investment funds at a Transfer Agency. The individual must be customer focused and a business enabler, with good negotiation skills
Additional Domain & Business Skills
fluency in written and spoken English is a must. Other languages would be welcome, especially German knowledge of SWIFT ISO 15022 and 20022 funds order messages would be useful experience of working with CBL and Vestima would be an advantage.
