OPERATIONAL SALES FORECAST LEADER

On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for an Operational Sales Forecast Leader for an interesting contract in Zürich with a very interesting employer. This contract is for 2 months with opportunity of extension. Are you looking for your next project? Then please have a look at the details below;

COORDINATION WITH BUSINESS UNITS (BU):

COORDINATES & COLLECT ALL PIPELINE RELATED ACTIVITIES:

- Setup of regularly meetings with the Business Units (BU) with BCS, ISS, SWD, HPN, HPSS, TS & ES
- Collects input about the GA Pipeline and alignment/commitment with the BU Optimize the alignment between the BU-forecast and GA-forecast

OPERATIONAL DATA MINING:

- Analyze the pipeline of the current & next Quarter and provides Proposals/Solutions to the EG Sales Strategy & Operations Lead.
- TAM (Total Addressable Market), Owner of TAM data, analyze, update & change TAM data, with GWE Organization, BU & Account Managers
- General Data/Reporting Requests

ACCOUNT PLANNING (STRATEGIC)

CONSULTS THE SALES ORGANIZATION FOR THE ACCOUNT PLANNING:

- Collect Account profile information (TAM, Quota, Actuals, Financial Account data, Share of Wallet)
- Coordination of the Account Business plans (ABP) as the country Subject Matter Expert on ABP process, Quality Index, ABP Readiness Dashboard

ACCOUNT PLANNING (OPERATIONAL)

- Align with Sales Process & Decision Support Org (SPDS) to ensure correct FH account list and APR
- Coordinates/Instructs all the year/half-year changes with the Sales Team und the business (BU)
- Ensure alignment between Account ABP and Account funnel Ensure the breakthrough opportunities are reflected in SalesForce, command if changes occur this reflected both in the ABP and SalesForce.com
- On account level, review short and long term pipeline and highlight issues in order to support the SOW growth
