Operational Risk Reporting and Change Management Specialist (Risk Cont

The compliance and operational risk control for a leading investment bank require an experienced consultant to plan, support and co-ordinate the delivery of portfolio projects/initiatives across Compliance and Operational Risk.

The position is working in the project Change and reporting team which requires a consultant to compile, write and edit Operational/Compliance regional and global risk reports on a weekly/monthly annual time frame as well as ad-hoc in a quality manner. Collaborate with all operational and compliance functions to aggregate risk information, provide support and set data reporting requirements. Challenge Risk information to ensure clear and transparent communication through quality assurance. Drive enhancements to the reporting processes and support the development of underlying data aggregation systems by specifying change management requirements. Coordinate with other risk control functions and divisions to leverage internal and external audit reviews to develop a complete and integrated view of risk.

The Compliance and Operational Risk Control is an independent function providing oversight of the compliance, conduct and operational Risks within the investment bank. Risk Control is organised around global specialist functional capabilities and regional delivery hubs to provide focused delivery of control and advice to the business divisions. The project and change reporting team supports IB Global Head of Compliance and Operational Risk in his responsibility to report the organisations consequential risk profile to internal Management (including Regional heads, GEB and Board of Directors) and external stakeholders (Regulators and Audit).
